I have been a commercial furniture designer since landing my first dealership gig right out of college in 2002! I went freelance in 2015, starting Spaceplan Consultant and working with commercial furniture dealerships across the country! Since then, I have expanded my services to assist Facilities Managers and Commercial Real Estate Agents.

Dealerships:

• Large or small, I work seamlessly with your team and offer timely support to meet your deadlines.
• I can work a project from start to finish: fit layout to double-check and punch list and all the revisions in between! 
• I work in Cap2020, Project Matrix Suite, and/or CET designer. Deliverables will fit seamlessly into your process.

Facilities Managers:

• I can show you how your existing inventory can be reconfigured for your changing workforce, saving you money and maximizing your long term furniture investment.
• I can recommend configurations for effective workflow, and maximize square footage

Commercial Real Estate Agents:

• I can provide floor plans, birds-eye view, and color renderings for use as marketing tools, and to help your clients envision their business in the space.
